Life - or Something Like It

This was a crazy, busy week - and now I'm sick and sore. This was conference week and our annual general meeting... so it was crazy busy and a bit stressful, although also enjoyable seeing everyone one and getting sessions together, etc., etc.

There have also been a lot of changes in my life this week. My executive committee (who I meet with monthly) has shifted. There are mostly the same people, but in different positions... And now I am concerned that meetings are going to be more then a little tense! Also, an opportunity I have been considering is off the table. So things have really changed.

Also, after conference week, I almost always get sick. This time I have a cold coupled with lower back pain. I guess it is my body's way of saying - you need to slow down for a few days!
